Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Miss Lola looks, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and store credit exchanges. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or store credit is issued.
